Fraterna is free to join with a Venice API key. Consorzi start with 3 member seats and 30 days of included access. Seats and lifetime are separate upgrades, paid in USDC on the Base blockchain.

## Free (included with every consorzio)
- Price: $0
- Seats: 3 members
- Duration: 30 days
- Features: Shared Venice API key pooling, OpenAI-compatible proxy access, automatic key rotation, invite-only access

## Additional seats
- Price: $1.00 per seat (one-time payment in USDC on Base)
- Adds one member slot to an existing consorzio
- Seats are permanent until the consorzio expires

## Lifetime extension (30 days)
- Price: $0.50 per seat for each 30-day extension (USDC on Base)
- Extends consorzio access by 30 days without changing seat count
- Price scales with current seat count

## Payment details
- Accepted token: Native Circle USDC on Base only (contract: 0x833589fCD6eDb6E08f4c7C32D4f71b54bdA02913)
- Chain: Base (chainId 8453)
- Underpayments accumulate as partial credit (dust balance) until enough has accumulated
- Wrong-chain or wrong-token deposits are not credited
- Upgrades apply automatically after on-chain confirmation (2 confirmations required)
- Each consorzio gets a unique address for adding seats and another for extending lifetime
